Exit transaction support
Support for management teams during transaction phase, which may require any of the following:
- Coordinating project management alongside your banking advisor,
- Coordinating diligence processes within internal teams.
- Managing shareholder communications if required
- Hands-on support for specific areas of analysis or shareholder processes where required
